    Followed direction to back up to Dropbox > logged in to Dropbox > Clicked Backup to Dropbox > waited 6 hours. clicked out (there’s no Cancel button). Tried again and waited 48 hours while the animation showed it was working > gave up > logged out > Message appeared “Successful backup” or something like that. Checked Dropbox > Apps > WPAdmin > EMPTY!
    All that time wasted for nothing.

    Can you see some errors or other answers from your website or dropbox plugin?
    Have you posted your log information to support(@]wpadm.com?

    Can you send us the grep of logs of your Server about backup?
