    yes add some margin in your CSS to the avatar div

    .author-list .user{ margin: 10px; }

    Dear Paul,

    Thank you very much for your quick reply.

    I’ve added the margin under /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/author-avatars/css/shortcode.css

    Can you please confirm that it won’t be replaced after a feature plugin update?

    should be OK I tried to be very light on the CSS

    but you will need to test
