Need help with some CSS for duplicating FB and WP comments and more, please…

    I’m building my launch pages with OptimizePress 2 and have 3 questions, please.

    1) This page http://tinyurl.com/jlghxm6 has brief instructions on how to duplicate Facebook comments so they appear on every launch page. For example: If Joe leaves a comment on page 1 his exact same comment will also appear on page 2, page 3, etc. I’m confused by the instructions there so I’m hoping someone could please explain it in step-by-step detail.

    2) I would also like instructions for how to do the same thing as above but with WordPress comments.

    3) With OptimizePress 2 the WordPress comment box appears BELOW the comments which means someone has to scroll way down to the bottom of the page to find the WP comment box. Can someone please give me the CSS that will work with OP2 that will put the WP comment box at the top of the WP comments?

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Thanks but Optimizepress is a WordPress theme and I did contact OP but they didn’t know how to do this. At this point I would be interested to know if removing the dates from FB comments on a blog is even possible.
