403 permission error on mobile site

    my regular site is working fine, though i am having problems with its search feature.

    but my main concern is mobile, its 40% of my traffic. it gives 403 permission error.

    thought i fixed it after i cleared the cache, earlier. even disabled plugins and reactivated them, also reset the them and put it back.

    i saw no where in the forum that explains mobile issues on 403 permission errors.

    can someone please help

    Try testing your theme at w3.org for mobile compatibility (via computer, not your phone). It could be that.

    had the theme for almost a year, never had any major problems with it. historically it has always been the cache. but i’ve cleared the cache, nada.
