    I installed this app today, but have run into an issue brought up before. I found your previous post from a year ago addressing the issue and that the user was able to resolve the issue on his own. Unfortunately, I’m having the same issue. I just installed the app today on my iPad and receiving the exact same error. The accounts chosen were found and I see the appropriate icons in the Accounts tab. The resolution offered doesn’t seem to apply to me. I don’t have a child attribute to uncheck.

    Before I uninstall and try again, do you have another solution?

    Hi Darlene,

    Thank you for installing our plugin.

    It seems that there are no post matching the value that you set it up.
    Can you please set up another value in Intervals tab for minimum age and maximum age (for example, try putting 0 for minimum age and 6000 for max age) and let us know if that solves the issue. Also, in the Sharing Options Tab if you are using a Post Only option please make sure to select at least one category in the Included categories tab.
