Part of Title and Subtitle Getting Deleted

Hi,

This plugin is very nice and useful when it is working properly.

However, I keep having a problem. Sometimes, about half of the text in either the Title or Subtitle area (or both) gets deleted. As far as I can tell, I think this happens sometimes when I save the form (whether I have made any changes to the text areas doesn’t seem to matter).

Here is what the form should look like:

This is the full amount of text that should be in the Title area:

This is the full amount of text that should be in the sub-title area:
To get your printable pdf of <b>16 Affirmations for 2016</b> enter your information below.

After a portion of text disappears from the Title text area, this is what is left:
Get Your <b>FREE</b> copy of <br>

And this is what is left of the sub-text:
To get your printable pdf of <b>

At first I thought that perhaps it had something to do with the simple HTML tags I included. However, I read through some other support tickets and you recommended some people to add html to the text area.

One thing to note is, the portion that disappears from the Title area (everything after the ) is ALWAYS gone whenever I reload the customize page. While it seems like the subtitle usually stays.

What might be causing this? Any chance you can help me fix this?
