Indexability check doesn't work

    my sites indexability check returns a grey bullet, i have checked with my server company and they say that the server is able to connect to the onpage.org server and should have no problem getting the status. also they confirm that onpage.org is on the whitelist as mentioned on the KB article. but it still returns a grey bullet.

    when i do a full site analysis via the onpage site it all works 100% its just doesnt seem to upload this status without the backend as it should.

    any help to resolve this would be great.
