1. PHP function to use in template:

2. Flagallery can’t play videos from YouTube
3. Each Gallery is a folder on your server. If you need one image be in different galleries, then you should upload image again to different gallery or go to edit gallery -> select images -> in actions dropdown choose “Copy to..” action and click OK button -> select destination gallery and click OK again.
2. please do you can add this feature? it can be easy…….. db table and its all
4. how about random images-videos in your plugin? i’m requiring that stuff for index page to.

2. Flagallery Skins can’t play YouTube videos, so problem is not in db table
4. No Random sorting in galleries.
Try my other plugin called Gmedia Gallery: https://wordpress.org/plugins/grand-media/
It have random sort option for Albums and in settings you can set random sort for tags and categories too.
Also some modules (skins), like RealSlider can play YouTube videos: you just need to fill “Link” field of image with the url to YouTube video. Demo of RealSlider module: http://codeasily.com/portfolio-item/gmedia-realslider/
