Hi there! I’m getting the “interest category does not exist” error.

The name of my contact list is: HRWC Events & Activities Email List

I entered that into the widget exactly as it appears there, but I’m wondering if the ampersand is causing an issue?

How should I attempt to fix this?

Hi brightgirl! The ampersand is the most likely issue, special characters are problematic with this particular API. If possible if you can remove the ampersand from the list name in Constant Contact, that would be the easiest solution.
