    Hi,

I want to change the color scheme of my Fontfolio scheme. I’d like to make it match the branding of our school logo (www.sheltonschool.co.uk)

I’ve been onto Appearance -> Customize -> Colors
but the only option I get is to change the background color.

Do I need to load a plugin? If so what?
    OR
Can I do it through CSS? If so, how (bearing in mind I’m an amateur so go easy on me)?

    Hope you can help,

    Ed

  • Is your website on WordPress.com?

No, I’m pretty sure its .org

I host it myself. Does that make me .org?

I used to have a site on wordpress.com (www.sheltonschool.net) and I basically want this site (sheltonschool.co.uk) to look like that.

When I was setting up the first one, there was a nice option to change all the colors in Appearance -> Customise etc.. but there is only the option to change background in this one.

I am just guessing because the only place I can find your theme is on wordpress.com.

I have sort of solved it myself.

I went on my site and inspected the elements by right clicking on them and Google Chrome shows you the code.

Although none of it really makes sense to me I just went through and changed some of the colours on the appearance editor until I got the desired response. There must be an easier way but I got there in the end (almost).

It’s not finished yet but it’ll do for now.
