Toggle Bar Won't Stay Put

    I think you misunderstand what absolute positioning is. With absolute positioning, the toggle bar will scroll with the site – that’s how absolute positioning works. If you want the toggle bar to always remain at the top of the viewport, use the default Fixed positioning.

    By the way, the toggle bar on your site is properly scrolling in fixed position

    Just leave it set to the default position fixed rather than absolute.
