First, please make sure that your browser is up to date by visiting https://whatbrowser.org/

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Thanks James Huff for reply. Actually I did all the things u told but those didn’t work. Today I tried to open my site on my particular desktop computer using a online proxy site and it works fine under that site’s proxy. That site is zen.com. but real issue is still there as my site is not opening normally in only my desktop browser. I checked if wp domains are blocked by firewall or antivirus but it wasn’t.I’ve also clear temp folder, browser cookies and history and above all I did reinstallation of chorme but still facing the issue. Please help as I am really need to work on multiple WordPress sites.

what about try switch of firewall and antivirus for a while? If it will works then, then it could be blocking it for that browser, and also try a ping some server (wordpress) in cmd…
secondly, try a run PC in safe mode with network,
third, if you say its your laptop only there could be some restriction on network possibly changed?
Very hard said from far, try to find some colleague with IT capabilities 🙂

    Dear Lrrr
I’ve tried all the method u told such as disabling virus and firewall protection etc but still facing the issue. The funny thing is that may be its merely an issue of wordpress because the sites are opening and running fine on my laptop.I have discussed the issue with my IT friends but didn’t get any satisfying answer. I can only open my site using this http://www.zend2.com proxy website. It’s a strange issue but we should take care of it as it can be a glitch in web development. Now my doubt is that why my sites are opening via proxy site ? why not directly?? please help..

What’s the URL of the site with the problem?

    (@evan88)

    the site url is http://www.yodealyo.com”.
I’ve found another thing that when I am trying to load the site with it url only (www.yodealyo.com) then the browser do not load any page but when I’m adding some wrong page address with the main url (http://www.yodealyo.com/ss.php) then the browser loading the site. Strange thing is that I am sharing same internet on my desktop and laptop but the site is not loading on desktop while it’s loading on laptop.

It has got to be something with that desktop.

I see the maintenance screen from southern California.

As does WebPagetest from Dulles, Virginia: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/160105_V3_11XF/

GT Metrix from Vancouver, Canada: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.yodealyo.com/pnoPvyaU

And, Pingdom from Amsterdam, Netherlands: http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/eL0ypI/http://www.yodealyo.com/

I don’t really have any advice beyond trying different browsers and switching off any system-wide web security, but it’s definitely not a WordPress problem.

The issue is totally with my that particular desktop. May be any corrupted configuration in networking due to virus infection. Whatever thanks met for helping. Currently I am working in my laptop and by God Grace its working fine.
