Subscription controlled by members

We are building a video site where members add their own videos.

I know there are many subscriptions plugins out there, but we are looking for a subscription plugin, where members can set their own price on their videos (monthly, yearly). If a users have not subscribed, he cannot view the video.
The user can decide which video that should be for subscribers only.
