If you go to Settings > Reading, is your Blog page set as the Posts page?
Plugin Conflict Tests
A quick note on the plugin conflict test. The test isn’t the act of deactivating and reactivating plugins. If your problem goes away when you deactivate all plugins then you know there is a plugin issue and can reactivate your plugins one by one, doing a test after each activation.
However, if there is no change when you deactivate all your plugins then a plugin conflict isn’t the problem, the test has failed, you can reactivate all plugins at once and move onto another step in the troubleshooting process.
Apologies if you knew this already, I see this misunderstanding of the plugin conflict test come up often so I try clear it up where I can. Thanks 🙂

ok so i the blog page was not set to posts page but i did and nothing changed.
It is strange as the first blog i wrote displays on the lastest posts on home page but hte rest just dont.
any other ideas?

just while i am talking about blogs page too – can you tell me how to have the featured image just on the home page latest posts and not to have it show up on the actual blog when you open the blog – i did figure it out with my first blog i did and now cant remember at all how i did it!
