• Hi, Ive been using your plugin and its really great. I have experienced some intermittent issues whereby following pressing “+” to add a product it doesn’t always get added (using chrome). Also sometimes the amount of change (for cash payments) doesn’t always display.

    I am looking for a daily report of sales – to reconcile the daily takings – is this available in the pro version?

    I am also looking to easily add a logo and customise the receipt – is this available in the pro version?

    In answer to your questions:

    I have noticed this too. It’s something that will be fixed in the next version of WooCommerce POS. For the moment, if you add again it should appear.

    Display where? On the checkout screen or on the receipt? I haven’t heard any reports of this issue but I will keep an eye on it.

    This is currently on the roadmap for version 0.6 (That is, it is coming but I can’t give a date yet).

    You can customise the receipt by following the docs. The Pro version does come with an expanded receipt template which includes logo, but you can add a logo manually using the free version.

    Hi Kilbot,

    Thanks for the response. With regard the amount of change – this was occassionally not being displayed on the checkout screen.

    I am also having a few difficulties with Paypal payments – if I choose Paypal – using Chrome Canary – it immediately prompts to print the receipt – but the Paypal screen does not get launched. I then have to select “Click here if you are not redirected automatically.” to get to the screen. Any help would be appreciated.

    re: change display
    I haven’t been able to reproduce this in testing but I will keep an eye out for any similar feedback from users.

    re: auto-printing
    There is an option in the POS Settings where you can disable auto-printing.
