All Post Have Vanished

Yesterday I logged on to the admin side of my site to grab some info to use while bookmarking my site. I bookmarked on at least 4 sites, when I got to the fifth and the bookmarking site searched to make sure the content was available, it returned with a NOT FOUND message. I found this odd, so I went over to the site in a different tab, only to stumble upon the same the same NOT FOUND message. I went into the admin side and all of my content was GONE. All of the articles that were posted, all of the articles that were drafts and the ones that were scheduled to post on later dates.

I did nothing in the back office that may cause this to happen. Has this ever happened to anyone else, if so what did you do to recover your info. Or does anyone have an idea on how I can recover the info I have lost.
