FYI – This is everything I’ve done to try and correct the error so far:

    1) Checked error files which stated the following:.
    htaccess: RewriteRule: bad flag delimiters
    2) Renamed the htaccess file, as well as tried using the older version prior to plugin being installed.
    3) Deactivated all plugins.
    4) Reloaded all WP core files
    5) Uploaded latest theme main files, not the child files
    6) Increased memory
    7) Contacted hosting company several times which can’t locate problem.

I’m at a loss at this point.

I followed the instructions from your email sent about how to replace the htaccess file with the plugin’s installed file, and it didn’t restore anything. Had to restore entire site with my own backup files and erased all memories of this plugin. The experience has been disappointing because it came highly recommended. Hopefully, whatever has caused myself and others to receive a 500 error after installation is fixed in the near future.
