The meta value option format is like this:
100::$100, 2000::$2,000
where he left value in option xxx::xxx is the real meta value, and the right value is for user viewed value.
I think you got it wrong.

Sorry so far there are no tutorial yet.
BTW, you also need to know what is the meta field type. Are they serialized value or single value?
This is depends on how you create the meta field. If you using Advance Meta Field to create the meta fields, then you should avoid using checkboxes or repeatable fields (or any fields that have multiple options) field with this plugin as it won’t work.

No, you cannot simply convert post tags to meta fields . These two are completely different things.
