Sorry to hear that you had this issue with WP Smush 🙁 This is most likely related to some sort of a conflict with your theme or another plugin that you’re using.
I don’t see that you have any threads opened with this issue and if you’d be willing to open one we’d be more then happy to troubleshoot this with you and try fix the problem if it’s related to WP Smush.

Sorry for my delayed reply, but I was troubleshooting the issue I have with the Media Library. The issue only occurs in Grid mode. In List mode there is no problem.
This issue was somehow first triggered by the WP Smush plugin and was solved as soon as WP Smush was disabled. Later the issue occurred even with WP Smush uninstalled.
It turns out that this is a wide spread WP problem, with several provided solutions that do not resolve my issue.
So I’m still looking and installed WP Smush again on all my sites. Which is working flawless by the way. Good job!
