post url shown in excerpt

    Hi, I’m working with mailchimp and since I’ve installed this plugin at the start of the excerpt the post url is shown, not as anchor or link, it just places the url before the text in the parragraph.
    i.e.: (set to limit the excerpt to only one sentence)

    http://focusgn.com/decred-new-digital-currency-to-challenge-bitcoin/
    Under Company 0 LLC, the firm will focus on governance and sustainable development.

    Of cpurse, it should just print this:

    Under Company 0 LLC, the firm will focus on governance and sustainable development.

    I hope you could tell me what I’m doing wrong!

    By the way, I had installed also WP RSS Images. But I tested deactivating it and emptied cache and this did not changed, however, no images were shown.

    Hi,

    the question might as well be, what did I do wrong. It might be some interference between my plugin and mailchimp. As I never ever tested it with mailchimp and I have heard some things about RSS Image Feed not properly working together with mailchimp, it might be really just a mistake of mine in coding the thing.

    I will have a look at the plugin in the next days but I cannot really make any promises.
