Hi, Have you enabled debug in the settings? This would reveal more information as to what actually happened on the back end.
I did that and had a payment made which went through fine on PayPal. However it does not appear on the WP backend. There is a lot of info in the debug (which I don’t want to post here as I’m not sure if it’s sensitive or not) but the final two lines are:
[December 28, 2015 9:13 pm] – SUCCESS :Received valid response from PayPal
[December 28, 2015 9:13 pm] – FAILURE :This payment cannot be processed
Not sure if that means anything or not!
Is it in a pending state?
No, there’s nothing showing in the WPPayPal backend on this but the order went through fine on PP and was processed no problem.
I am having the exact same issue and have sent something through the contact form.
@christa, Please update the plugin and see how it goes.
