Not Receiving Notifications

    Hello mfjj,

    Can you please confirm that your site does have email capabilities? You can do this by sending a test email from your site using this plugin.

    Hi kjbenk, thanks for your advice. I installed plugin and sent test emails.

    It says :

    The test email has been sent by WordPress. Please note this does NOT mean it has been delivered.

    and I didn’t receive any of the mails.

    It implies emails are not being sent. Pls suggest how to settle it.

    If you never received the email then there must be something configured wrong with your hosting provider so I would contact them directly stating that you are unable to send any emails.
