Redirect gives popup blocked warning

I’ve setup a video to redirect to another page on my site once it’s complete. It does this fine, however in my address bar (Chrome & Firefox) I get the message saying “popup blocked” to the page that I’m redirecting to. As I said, the redirect works (and is not a popup as such), but I’d like to get rid of this warning message which would look suspicious to visitors.
