Changing base URL Ticket forms land on?

    You can do that by editing the submission template. Please follow this guide.

    The template you want to edit is submission.php.

    Ok I think I see what you mean, in submission php

    method="post" action="<?php echo get_permalink( $post->ID ); ?>" id="wpas-new-ticket" enctype="multipart/form-data">

    Can I just change the get_permalink to a hardcoded url?
