    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    @ivanm89 You really have to make it more apparent where your PRO support page is. On your plugin page I couldn’t find it.

    We are answering on all support question in less than 24 hours. In pro version of plugin is our support contact email, but in some cases for users are probably easier to create ticket here.
