Missing Contact Data

    Hi , i have the following properties (fields) in my form.:
    name
    email
    phone
    job title
    country
    qualifications (drop down)
    education (drop down)
    when i submit the form and go check the leads i found all the drop downs are missing. what can i do to resolve this, i have tried to map them to a field – but i couldnt create a new contact property.
