Form Fields Appear Compressed

Hello there. The forms generated by this plug in look great, are easy to use, but they don’t display as expected. When I styld the form, I tried a variety of sizes ranging from 800px to 50% to 90% wide, but all forms have the same problem — the form fields using “single line entries” like name, company name, email address, etc, are compressed down so that as you are typing in the field, nothing can display.. I can still type even though it appears blank, and submit, and I received the test submission straight away in my email inbox — but on the form itself you just can’t see the contents of the single-line form fields even though you can on the preview version. Any clue what this could be?
