    I’m not familiar with Easy Fancy Box, but either the box is loaded on page load, in which case you’d just add it to the form as usual, or the box is loaded via AJAX, in which case yes you’d need to submit them as parameters

    sevenspark, I solved this problem with help of custom page template (clear page with only single form without footer, header and other elements) and iFrame.
