I have an odd problem and would like some guidance on how to troubleshoot and fix.

We have the calendar installed on a multisite install of WordPress. If you view the homepage (where the calendar is) the navigation for the calendar doesn’t work. Can’t go to the previous or next months. If I go into the settings and change the calendar page to another page and save the settings, the calendar nav works on the new page. If I go back into the settings and return the calendar to the home page and save the settings, the navigation works, but only for a short time, and then it fails to work again.

This can be replicated in both Safari and Chrome on the Mac. The theme is a purchased theme from WP Zoom. I am going to try testing with the standard twenty sixteen theme to see if it is theme related.

Do you have any other info or ideas about this?

I believe I have ruled out that it is a theme or a plugin conflict AND I have a test multisite installation on a different server which doesn’t display this problem, so I don’t think it is a problem in the calendar plugin itself.

But I’m at a loss as to how to identify the cause.

    Hi,

Do you know which plugin is causing the conflict?

I have ruled out both a theme conflict and plugin conflict. The issue occurs even if al in one calendar is the only plugin installed.

    Hi,

Sorry for not replying sooner. Do you still have this issue, have you upgraded to the latest version?

No. We no longer experience this issue, however we never really sorted out the cause.

I have been finding similar issues and have narrowed it down. Our site is configured to use the Agenda view as default. If I change the Event plug-ins settings and load the page in the browser, all links work. As soon as I refresh the page, pretty much all the links break. I can no longer expand rows, or navigate to a different range of dates in the Agenda, or filter by category. Ctrl-F5 to refresh the page does NOT fix the problem. But if I go back into the config and make a change (i.e. number of rows displayed) and save the changes, the page starts working again after it is refreshed, but ONLY until the next refresh. There additional behavior that is really odd. If I click the back arrow on the calendar control on the Agenda view, it switches to a Calendar view. Once it changes to the Calendar view, all of the controls on the page start working again, even if I refresh the page. For me, the issue seems to be limited to when the Agenda is the chosen display.

I think there must be a JS file or some other similar file that is at issue.
