  • Hi haitac91, thanks for getting in touch, I’ll try to reproduce this locally. I can see that the export has no filename extension, if you manually add .csv to the filename does Excel open it correctly? I’ll look at why the filename extension is not being added now

    It seems filename extension is automatically added 😀 It does not show because I set “Hide extensions for known the types”

    Phew! Regarding the corrupt export, no idea so far. Can you turn on the WOO_CE_DEBUG constant within exporter.php (it’s at the top of the file) and then run an export, do you see the contents of the export appear in the Debug Log? If so it means we’re generating the data correctly but it’s not being saved correctly, this might be due to another Plugin or Theme interfering in our saving process. Will await feedback re the above suggestion.

    I was deactivate all plugin (except woocommerce) and change a new theme (Twenty Fifteen) but it still bugs

    Hi haitac91, seeing that WOO_CE_DEBUG works this is an issue with the download delivery, I’d be happy to work with you directly via Support to get this resolved as it is isolated to your store so I can’t reproduce it.
