Access issue

Hi,
I have a user that is having an access issue. On their phone they can see the questions just fine. But on their computer they get the header of your plugin (the search bar and status links, select a category dropdown) but below that it says “you do not have permission to view questions”. And “sorry, but nothing matched your filter”. What is causing this?
