What devices and browsers are you using?
It’s fine on a Nexus 5 using Chrome.
I’ve seen issues before using iPhone and IPad.
Browser for deskop is Firefox.
Tablets Samsung 10.1 and Kindle Fire HD8
Mobile Samsung Galaxy S3 (mini and full size) and Samsung Galaxy S5

Only thing I can think of is that your theme is adjusting differently on those devices compared to what I get on a Nexus 5.
I’d try with another std theme such as Twenty Fifteen.
Just been playing about after your comment abput Chrome.
You’re right – all well on Chrome but not on Firefox or just dragging it down from the ether.
Am seeing a friend later who is Apple’s greatest advert so I’ll roadtest it on her kit and let you know.

Firefox is ok for me on that site with a Nexus 5.
Try clearing your cache.
No sorry not using Firefox on mobile devices just desktop where it is fine.
First thing I did was to clear cache(s) but no joy.
If I load the site on mobile phone / tablet using just the “internet” connection as opposed to Chrome, that’s when the problem occurs.
It also occurs on Kindle Fire which uses a browser called “Silk”.
