Modern Team Showcase Conflict

For information, Shortcodes Ultimate have a conflict with Modern Team Showcase http://codecanyon.net/item/modern-team-showcase-wordpress-plugin/12173695.
I want to have Custom formatting wp_autop filter Enabled but then Modern Team Showcase drops all column layouts in Shortcodes Ultimate, an issue probably a signed to the wp_autop filter.

I have assigned Modern Team Showcase about the issue.
Are someone in the vicinity of how to fix this?

I love Shortcodes Ultimate! Super best shortcoder 🙂
