• Hi,
I just installed wordpress a few days ago and have got it running.
There is this link to RSS feeds in bottom which lead to /feed/ directory which doesnt exist and my browser gives me a 404 error.

On googling there are some topics which say that google bot faces some such errors and there are ways to fix it. Is this problem same as that ?? Can I apply them e/o disturbing the installation ? If you can suggest solutions it will be nice

My setup is at

• Try linking directly to your wp-rss2.php file that should be in the root directory of your WordPress installation.

Can you guide me a bit more

I have to change the RSS 2 link to
“feed:www.abhishekthakkar.com/spice/wp-rss2.php” from
“feed:<?php bloginfo(‘rss2_url’);”

?

as far as I know you don’t need “feed:<?php bloginfo(‘rss2_url’);” .. I’m not sure if you do with the way you’re using your site.. but for mine I don’t use that.

as for the link itself, you can simply use:

a href=”http://www.abhishekthakkar.com/spice/wp-rss2.php” for your link

“feed:<?php bloginfo(‘rss2_url’);” is from the standerd footer.php in the kubrick theme.

I’ll check that out.. it wirks well ..
