Dates in DESC order, older events do no disappear

I have a few questions:

-When on the agenda view, on the month, is there a way to make already passed events not disappear? I.e., it’s the 4th today but the event from the 1st would still be visible.

-Is there a way to have the events appear in descending order? An event on the 15th would be above an event on the 1st?
