Not translating for some text

I just love this plugin, and i had used this plugin in many of my website which is working fine.

But now i’m facing some problems in translation in my new site
I had used wordpress of version 4.3.1 and Transposh plugin version 0.9.6
the content in my site are not coming from page text editor or post. I had used some static text in my page template and most of the content are coming through database from some other custom made plugin.

For testing purpose i had also upload .po and .mo file for one language, but the text are getting translated partially for one page only and not working in other page,apart from hindi language other language are not getting translated.

I will be highly appreciate your help.
