Comment Images & Ajaxify Comments

Hi, I’ve just added this plugin and it’s superb thanks.
I read a post from a while back that mentioned this plugin wasn’t capable of syncing with Comments Images plugin. Can you tell me if this is still being considered as part of upgrade or is there a workaround you can suggest? Thanks.
