    Hi Michael,

    Would you be able to send a link to the page that the form is on? Just so I can check what might be going on.

    /admin-post.php is used to handle the form data via before it’s sent to Zendesk. So that’s actually ok.

    Hi Michael,

    Sorry for the delay. It looks as though there may have been a change to the Zendesk API which is causing this issue. Unfortunately I don’t have a huge amount of free time at the moment to update the plugin, but I’ll see if I can patch it asap.

    Just in case anyone is is still interested, this issue should now be resolved in version 1.0.1 pushed today.

    If you run into any issues with the new version, let me know and I’ll check it out 🙂

    Hi there..

    Well… i still get’s that error “Invalid information submitted. Please try again by clicking the back button on your browser.”..

    after i upgraded the plugin.. What to do ? 😉
