Seeking Recommendations for Photo Banner Plug-in

I’m currently developing a site that will have a rotating banner image on the home page. I’d like it configured so that clicking on the banner image that’s currently displayed will take people to information on the service related to that banner image. I’d also like to have an automatic cross-fade transition between banners, the ability to completely turn off any manual controls, be able to specify the display time and be able to choose between random and sequential sequencing.

Any suggestions on which plug-in to use?
