How to a customise category template?

    Hello Team,

    I have different category under WooCommerce Products and I want different template for all category so I want some option where I can select or overwrite template for product_cat using my website child theme

    I have tried to overwrite using taxonomy-product_cat-categoryname.php but it’s not working.

    Any best suggestion to overwrite product category template? I want multiple category template so I can design or add every category in different way.

    I have exactly the same problem. I used the taxonomy-product_cat-categoryname.php (linking to categoryname.php) system once before, in Woocommerce 2.2.10 plus Mystile child theme, and it worked perfectly. Now I’m trying to do exactly the same in Woocommerce 2.5.5 but the parent theme Mystile keeps overriding it, whatever I do.
    Help?!

    I found the culprit: I had my Template Debug Mode Enabled. When I unchecked it, it worked like a charm again!
    Go to Woocommerce -> System Status -> tab Tools -> uncheck Template Debug Mode.

    Template Debug Mode just disables your themes template overrides. Update the theme to resolve.

    Like I said, that was the problem. I updated the (parent) theme before that.
