    hello, how i have to Specify a character set early, i added in header.php this `<meta charset=”<?php bloginfo( ‘charset’ ); ?>” /><strong>
    <meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=UTF-8″ /></strong>
    <!– Title now generate from add_theme_support(‘title-tag’) –>`
    but it doesn’t work, any idea?
