Emails not sending or receiving from Easy Sign Up

Hello,
I am not receiving any emails from users who sign up, nor am I receiving verification that I signed up (when I sign up personally).

I called my hosting company and they said that I should be able to receive and send emails. They mentioned something about the authenticity codes and that may be blocking emails? They mentioned that there should be somewhere to enter username and password to bypass this?

Not too sure? Please help.
