customdomain.com redirects to main site domain

    Hi

    These are the steps I followed, but the custom domain redirect to the main domain not the sub folder of the new site.

    1. pointed customdomain.com to server IP
    2. added server IP to server adimin > domain mapping section
    3. created customdomain.com with correct site ID in domains section
    4.Set primary domain in site domain mapping section
    5. Created domain alias/parked in cPanel for customdomain.com that points to new site url

    What am I doing wrong?

    That sounds like cPanel didn’t restart the webserver when you added the domain alias. If you don’t have a way to restart the webserver then contact your hosting support & ask them to restart it.
