    1 PROBLEM

After pressing the button “jetpack connect” comes a page with the error message:

Invalid request, please go back and try again.
    Error Code: invalid_client
    Error Message: Unknown client_id.

    2 PROBLEM

I can’t deactivate the plugin, get after pressing the button “deactivate” following error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ctype_digit() in /kunden/152871_3130/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-signature.php on line 124

    What I have already made:
    1. delete the jetpack folder in /wordpress/wp-content/plugins/ and reinstallation.
    2. delete the webpage http://www.ff-inzersdorf.at on wordpress.com.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Helmut

Could you try delete the Jetpack plugin again, and then upload and install this small plugin?

Once you’ve done, you can load one of your dashboard pages once, and the small plugin will delete all Jetpack options that may be left in your database. Then, deactivate and delete that small plugin and install Jetpack from scratch.

Let me know how it goes.

    1 PROBLEM
    Solved with your script.

Unfortunately, I have another error, after pressing the button “approve” on the page “jetpack.wordpress.com”, see the following error message.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ctype_digit() in /kunden/152871_3130/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-client-server.php on line 63

    2 PROBLEM
    The problem still is.

    Status troubleshooting:

    – delete the /wordpress/wp-content/plugins/jepkack folder
    – all plugins disabled
    – download the zip file from https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/
    – manuelle installation
    – same problem as described above!

    Anyone have an idea?

Additional info, i have two other blogs at the same hoster, these blogs works jetpack without problems.

That seems to be an issue with your server configuration. Could you contact your hosting provider and ask them to enable the ctype extension in your server’s PHP settings?

The error will disappear once the extension is active.
