[Plugin: Gravity Forms Product Add-ons ] stopped working, no price shown

    WP 4.3.1
    GF Product Add-ons 2.10.2

    Theme Files are up to date.
    Plugin files are up to date
    WooCommerce files are up to date.
    No errors generated from system report from Woo.

    Gravity Forms Product Add-ons stopped working after recent plugin update to 2.10.2. Now there is a problem with checking out. Specifically, when you are on a product page, the form used to show three things: subtotal, options total, total price. And these three items used to dynamically update on the page as the user selects different options. Now, you just see the titles, but no actual prices are showing up. Looked in the code for the page and the prices are showing in HTML either.

    Tried turning off other plugins to see if there is a conflict but this did not fix the problem.

    Tried contacting WooThemes for support but as stated on their ticket system, they are overwhelmed right now and having trouble keeping up with support tickets.

    Any ideas on where to look for fixing this problem? Thanks.

    Same issue while using Version 2.8.1.

    Thought updating to 2.10.2 would solve the issue but now not sure based on your post.

    Anyone lend some help please?

    I have the same issue after updating Gravity Forms to the latest version, the prices wont show on the product page.

    If I revert back to the old version (1.9.13.19) the prices work again.

    Have you found a fix for this issue yet? Thanks.

    Seems the issue is coming from the “form_display.php” file, if I replace it with the old version the prices show up again.

    No I haven’t found a solution.

    Thanks, can you please post the old “form_display.php” file or code. I’m not sure I have it backed up and would like to try the work around.

    Unfortunately replacing the “form_display.php” file in Version 2.10.2 didn’t work for me.

    What version are you running?

    I am having the same issue with gravity forms update not displaying the price on the product page. The price does display on the cart and checkout. I tried the solution iegnation suggested with no fix. Is there something I can add to my theme’s functions.php so future Gravity Forms updates won’t override the fix?

    I have:
    WooCommerce v 2.5.1
    WooCommerce – Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons v2.10.4
    Gravity Forms v1.9.13 (any version higher causes issue)

    I just updated Gravityforms to Version 1.9.16 and still have same issue of price not showing.

    Regarding gravityforms/form_display.php
    I was looking at the code starting from line 1895 where it says:
    //radio buttons start at 0 and checkboxes start at 1

    I do not know what to change so the pricing shows again

    Any ideas how to fix it?

    I am using WordPress Version 4.4.2
    Woocommerce is now Version 2.5.2

    Unfortunately till same issue after the above described “form_display.php” fix.

    Same issue. Total does not work on product page..

    Gravity Forms Version 1.9.17.5
    Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons version 2.10.5

    Latest WC but same (non) result with last 3 versions.

    I stripped down to only these plugins:

    Gravity Forms: by rocketgenius – 1.9.17.5
    WooCommerce – Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons: by WooThemes – 2.10.6
    WooCommerce: by WooThemes – 2.5.5

    Running twentysixteen theme

    created a new form and a new product
