Unable to get current development mode status

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled plugin and also my domain is of the form domain.com but I still get this error and I can;t set my development mode on and off.

    At the top of the page I get the error:
    Warning: Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?) in /domainpath.com/wp-content/plugins/cloudflare/cloudflare.php on line 406

    and further down:
    Unable to get current development mode status – Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

    Other installation the same server works just fine!
