Contact form 7: captcha is not shown

    Hi,

    First I have to tell you that I love the contact form 7 (4.3 now).
    Wordpress is updated as well (to 4.3.1) as all the plug-Ins and the theme.

    There is one thing that makes me nervous:
    from time to time the captcha-field is not shown, but there is the word ‘captcha’.

    Pleas assist with help.
