Last Login page won't show up

Marking as resolved; this issue was fixed with the addition of pagination links in all panels rendered in the “Last Logins” page, without the pagination the script was reading all the information of all users in the database as well as reading and parsing all the information collected for the failed logins attempts, if the list were too big the script would end up running because of the way PHP works.
