Notification when encoding failes

    Why is encoding failing and could I do something about it? Why do you need the email? Is the queue halting and you need to know to restart it or do you just need notification so you don’t forget that it failed?

    Many people will use our plattform and if there is an error at media handling because of wrong format of the file name etc. it would be great to know when an encoding error occurs.
    The best way would be to get everytime a mail, when a error is thrown by your plugin: file could not be found for encoding, queue problem.

    I added this option to the development version on GitHub and it will be in the next release.
