    Hi guys.
We’ve an archives on our website like mywebsite.com/2015/ etc…
All works fine but the /2012/ don’t work – return the 404 status. But if we try to open the month from this year like mywebsite.com/2012/01/ all works correctly.

    Whats wrong with it?
I’ve checked wp_options for 2012 override by plugins etc… and .htaccess – all is good.

    Hey Dmitry!

Are you able to test with your plugins deactivated? Does it happen if you switch themes? Have you tried re-saving your permalink settings just in case?

    Jose,
I’ve set the clear WP, without plugins and the clear theme like “Twenty Twelve” and import the websites database – the problem was caused.
But there I found very old image (2008 year) with “2012” title 🙂 that was unavailable on the server and returns 404.
    fail 🙂

After I’ve deleted it the problem become solved.

Thank you a lot for the correct direction!

If I’ll want to hack any WP website, I’ll use thumbs titles. 😀
